acceptable breakfastconnecting doorbad room view
breakfast was acceptable and the service at the bristo met expectations.
the room had a connecting door to another room, therefore i could hear all noises and conversations from next door. it seemed like the people were in the same room. the room window faced a corridor and another building , made room view not so good.

i stayed for four nights. the location was convenient because it was close to a metro station. i also appreciated the food and drinks at the bistro, especially breakfast every morning. the staff was very helpful and friendly. it created a cute atmosphere.
during my stay, i found that the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. it often fluctuated between hot and cold. this issue.

The staff was polite and ready to help or assist. the hotel has a quiet location with a pleasant walk to the nearest public transport. facilities were really good. I saw the lovely rooftop swimming pool. the king room disability access was decent size and the bed was massive and super comfy!
The door separated rooms. This made it very clear to hear what neighbors were saying and doing. if they are up late, it means you will be up late? too.

The breakfast had a variety of delicious options to start the day. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. the on-site restaurant offered a decent menu, and the food was prepared quickly. the barista twins, rajjak and jabbar, provided excellent customer service.

my king room disability access was super clean and well-kept. the room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages, a nice touch. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries, though the sink was a bit small.

the hotel is about ten minutes from the downtown and the airport, it seemed. there were several restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. the location has a sea view and is conveniently located near public transport.

charming experience
really good serviceflavorful dishmodern design
i appreciated the really good service provided by rajjak and jabbar their attentiveness. i was pleased with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff i especially enjoyed the quality coffee.
i noticed the cups did not appear to be replaced daily this raised some concerns for me

my beautiful canal view room was well-equipped it offered a beautiful view the space was generous i found the room to be super clean and cozy for my stay this was very convenient after long days.

the staff was friendly and helpful especially rajjak jabbar lisa lynda and antonia i noticed they were consistently kind and lovely i appreciated their warm service it was a very nice change.
